## What is clayze?

Clayze brings four things together for potters: a private log of everything you make, a community of makers, an inventory management, and a searchable clay and glaze library to explore for ideas and real examples. Photograph your work, log exactly how you made it, and build a record you can actually reproduce. No more pulling a perfect piece from the kiln and guessing at the recipe months later.

YOUR STUDIO LOG
Photograph each piece from wet clay to finished glaze and build a personal shelf of your work. Tie the clay and glazes you used to every piece, record cone ranges and notes, and keep a recipe you can return to, so you stop guessing at what gave you the result you loved. Keep your work private or choose to share it to the community shelf.

YOUR SUPPLIES
Keep a running inventory of your clay, glazes, and tools, so you always know what you have on hand and what is running low. Spend less time digging through the studio and less money rebuying something already on the shelf.

COMMUNITY
A feed built for potters. Post your finished pieces, ask questions about your most challenging pieces, follow makers whose work you admire, react and comment, and message other potters directly. See what people are pulling from their kilns, and share what you are pulling from yours.

CLAY AND GLAZE LIBRARY
Browse and search a library of clay bodies and 1,800+ glazes across seven major brands. Filter by brand, cone, and finish, see real results, and save the ones you want to try. Tap an entry to learn more or find out where to buy it.

Whether you throw at home, share a studio, or take classes, Clayze is where your work, your community, and your materials all live.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-06-29

This is a big one, shaped largely by your feedback. Thank you!

• A smarter glaze & clay picker: your favorites and the ones you've used before rise to the top, filter by brand, and search any word in any order.
• Custom glazes AND custom clays: add your own (studio reclaim, regional brands, house colors), keep them private, or share them to the community library.
• More ways to track a piece: multiple clay bodies, multiple forming methods (pinch + coil), built vs. final fired size, and new statuses (Awaiting bisque, In kiln, and more).
• Type your own values on form and kiln fields when they're not in the list.
• Add a piece before you've photographed it, and duplicate a piece to reuse its details.
• Cleaner community + profile: text posts now show their text, flame counts match everywhere, and a tidier layout throughout.
• Plenty of bug fixes and polish.

Happy potting!
