Dating in recovery can a be a beautiful thing. The problem we face when dating in Recovery is...where are you supposed to look? Dating in our home group or people in your sober network may conflict with that all to familiar slogan “Principles Before Personalities”. Also, getting back out there is tough enough while ensuring that you don’t relapse.  Dating “Normies” can often lead to slip if you are not ready for what lies ahead. 

	There is a solution! CASL-Clean And Sober Love… Our Dating app is designed with you, the person in recovery in mind. We who have experience on the subject of relationships can agree that the stories of dating people on other apps can be injurious because you never know what kind of situation you are walking in to. Not so with CASL. Here we meet each other on the same plane. the problems of yesterday like situational anxiety and cultural norms are gone thanks to CASL. You can’t even sign-up! Entered a number of different email addresses to initiate the sign-up process, and even toggled my VPN to Spain, but just get the circle of doom. Not sure if this is because it isn’t developed for the UK, but if that’s the case it shouldn’t be available in the app store to UK end users. Disappointing.

To finish setting up my account, it says I need to upload a profile pic. I did that and hit submit but then it said I need to upload a profile pic. So I uploaded a second one. It said I needed to upload a profile pic. So I uploaded a third one. It said I needed to upload a profile pic. I gave up.
