There is only one machine at my local Tesco near me. Every single time I open the app it says no connection. Reported and they say engineers will fix. But still nothing. Emailed and asked when it will be fixed and no reply. ### 1/5 — Clunky, difficult to use, offline car washes not available *2026-07-19, version 1.1.9* Really disappointed with this app - great potential but delivery is awful. App is slow, required subscription to start, and only then told me the car wash wasn’t connected. Tried to go via QR code instructions to use subscription manually - still nothing. Ended up paying by card and asking for a refund. Several times I thought it had lost network connection because of the spinning ball in the app took so long to change pages. The app is relatively unintuitive and takes some fumbling around to figure out.
