I paid for a subscription, but the service doesn’t work. It keeps demanding payment every time I try to access a program, even though I’m already subscribed. No fix, no help—total scam. Save your money! I waited more than 2 weeks for support and no response back. **Developer response:** We were exchanging emails with yourself about this subscription issue and sent you an email on 24th June offering to refund your subscription payment or refund the pay-as-you-go payment you made and give you two weeks subscription for free but, unfortunately, we did not receive a reply. Perhaps you could check to see if you received that offer? Either way the subscription payment was returned to you. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-05-05, version 1.1.8* Looked an idiot when in the car wash and it wouldn’t activate wash despite it reminding me loads of times while waiting 20 minutes in a queue ### 1/5 — Horrible app experience and charged twice *2025-04-29* I downloaded this simply wanting to make the car wash experience streamlined but it did the opposite. The app is not well designed, with it being very clunky. When I selected the specific wash I was going for, you have to pay on a browser window instead of within the app. When I did this first time my app then froze after the payment and when reopening the app there was no recognised orders. I went through the steps again, this time with Apple Pay and it was successful. I have contacted their support about being double charged and I have heard nothing. I will be speaking to my bank to get the double payment refunded. Listen to the poor reviews and do not use this app! ### 1/5 — Absolutely shocking *2025-03-01, version 1.1.8* Used the QR code to download the app and paid for a car wash. Drove into the car wash and nothing happened. Kept waiting and still nothing happened. I went to ask the people who work in the garage who said they’d never heard of the app. It’s ended up taking my money from my bank account for a car wash that I never got! I won’t be using the service again! Don’t bother downloading it’s a waste of time!!! ### 1/5 — Money taken from the bank account but the car wash never started!! *2025-02-15* The most useless app ever! Money were taken off the back account but the car wash did not start and I had to leave with car unwashed. Then could not call anyone and nobody responded to my messages. Never using this again. The site has been off line since mid December, getting queries answered is a joke ! very poor service. Don’t bother ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2024-12-20* The App is garbage and the car washes themselves are more often than not out of order! Subscribed to unlimited washes and have only managed to get one wash done due to the car washes local to me being out of action or the app not working to allow me to get it done! App is slow, required subscription to start, and only then told me the car wash wasn’t connected. Tried to go via QR code instructions to use subscription manually - still nothing. Ended up paying by card and asking for a refund. I processed to the apple payment and the price that showed up was £21…. , scam.. ### 1/5 — RIP off *2026-03-31, version 1.1.8* Took my money now can’t log in. Very slow and clunky and doesn’t even have the option for my local car wash on the list! ### 1/5 — Very poor app *2025-10-21, version 1.1.8* Turned up at my local Tesco to find a car wash system had been replaced from something nice and simple, pick a number swipe your phone, to this app. During the login process to the app and afterwards when using the app it was incredibly slow and un-reactive. Several times I thought it had lost network connection because of the spinning ball in the app took so long to change pages. The app is relatively unintuitive and takes some fumbling around to figure out. And some particularly silly faults like trying to send a feedback form to them the keyboard covers the send button so you can’t actually send it. ### 1/5 — DO NOT subscribe - you will lose money *2025-08-09* Had 4 car washes within 10 minutes of me so subscribed. Within a week they’ve removed 3 from the list and the remaining one doesn’t allow the car wash to start when it’s done by app so is a total scam. Constantly contact the company about the broken wash but never once refunded nor responded to. Extremely bad app, extremely poor service - pay £6 and let some illegals wash your car for you instead, at least they can’t scam you. **Developer response:** Hi Andy. I read lots bad reviews but believe me if you be patient and follow steps correctly once you will understand how easy and you can enjoy some discount compare to local car washers. Thank you team CCC ### 5/5 — Hip hip hooray for the app *2025-02-19* The app makes the car wash fantastic. You can check whether the car wash is busy or quiet, you can select which wash to have without hanging out of the car window or worse still having to get out and go to the kiosk. And best of all it is cheaper when you subscribe to the club. I have been subscribing since May 2024 and apart from a couple of mechanical issues with the washer itself I have been more than pleased. ### 5/5 — Kevin Pay *2025-02-05* I’ve taken up the unlimited subscription which is excellent I would recommend ### 5/5 — Was Hesitant After Seeing Bad Reviews *2025-02-03, version 1.1.8* I decided not to download this for a while because of the bad reviews and just kept nipping into Sainsbury’s to buy a key code. I don’t know why, I didn’t just try it out because I downloaded it this morning outside the car wash (Feb 2025), selected my location and paid for the wash. I drove in and pressed the ‘start wash’ button on the app and within seconds it was off and working. Worth downloading if you are unsocialable like me and just want to get your car washed without seeing anyone 😂. ### 5/5 — Quick and easy *2024-12-31* Easy to use the app and a quick process. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2023-07-28, version 1.0.69* Makes everything easier, cheaper and keeps track of every wash. I can see the car washes nearest to me and which are less busy. ### 4/5 — Car Cleaned - Now the App! *2025-06-20* The app and features are very good, although the app needs a polish with a better user interface. ### 4/5 — Getting better *2025-05-14* Bad bits - the app itself is pretty clunky and you find you need to shut it down and restart. The washes themselves do have issues where they’re out of service. Good bits - very good value for money, and I travel a lot so plenty of washes on my journeys. The washes themselves are now much more reliable than a year ago as I think some upgrades have taken place. Again I cover a large part of the uk so can give an opinion, not just on my local wash but plenty. Overall would definitely recommend and plenty have subscribed and been happy they did off the back of that. ### 3/5 — Idea is good *2024-08-11* It’s a start like the idea app need a update more information the map does not work always goes off to America when I live in the UK would be nice if could add more company's in the future. There is only one machine at my local Tesco near me. Every single time I open the app it says no connection. Reported and they say engineers will fix. But still nothing.
