I just wish there was a way to choose some low carb meals and some no low carb through the meal plan instead of having to make your entire order 1 way or the other! I have to make 2 orders and then they adjust the combined price at the store. However, not all of the employees understand how to do it, so it tends to take a while at pickup😢 ### 2/5 — pointless *2024-08-23* The app is pretty pointless itself when you try to place an order or do anything on the app it’ll most likely take you to the website. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work unless on wi fi *2024-04-29* The app never works when I am in the store or using data. It always says an error has occurred. At home it works fine and I order my meals. I’m continually worried about eating food out of plastic, I’ve already been looking at other food delivery services because of that reason, that reason only! even if I don’t heat it in plastic in the microwave, when they cook it I’m sure it goes directly into the plastic containers and the heat makes the plastic seep in the food, which is very bad for our health!!! there is carton type packages they could use, like Amy’s organic meals you can buy in store comes in a thin paper carton container, I eat sometimes because they are good. What I hate about clean eatz is if I dine in, calculating my macros is a pain. The app seems like the perfect place to do this. It really needs a “build your bowl” macro calculator. I can sign in with my credentials on the website but then it’s not accepted when I try through the app. Redeeming points is a hassle rather than a convenience, as well. Now they won’t allow you to redeem in-store and force you to use an app that doesn’t recognize your website credentials. Truly a joke. It has been this way for at least 6 months. I received a 30% off coupon upon signing up for the rewards program and app. However upon completing my order I was unable to use said coupon. It also took like 45 minutes of going back and forth from the “app” and website just trying to order meal prep. It shouldn’t be this difficult, I also had no way to get orders delivered so I was forced to choose a pickup location.
