I had points stocked up for a few smoothies and the recent update took them all away, completely changed the app, and does not function correctly. The order online system changed too and is now much less user friendly. BUT AFTER 1 year, your points expire. So if you want the 5 free meal deal with point redemption, you have to spend $400 in-store cafe or spend $1200 in meal preps in one year.
