I love your bank but it needs to perform the basic functions of a banking app. ### 1/5 — Total failure to be useful *2026-10-12* I’ve never had an institution basically forced me to reset my password twice because they lost my password and or fully changed their app and removed all of our accounts twice no less, I would highly recommend you find someone who knows what the hell they’re doing. I’ve never had an institution ask for a 12 Character password either. not my most secure banking in the world doesn’t ask for 12 character passwords. But these idiots have students or something creating their security thinking that 12 character passwords are necessary. No one needs 12 ### 5/5 — New App *2026-10-05* Switching over to the new app was easy. ### 1/5 — 2-bit hack of a company *2026-10-01* This app is terrible. Why doesn’t the existing app automatically update like every single other freaking app in the world? Creates a duplicate app, doesn’t recognize initial app login info. ### 1/5 — Account Vanished? *2026-09-27* They launched this new version of the app despite the other working as intended, I try to log in, it tells me my password is incorrect, I try to reset my password, it tells me “Error, please call us,” I call during business hours, no one answers the phone, and my bills are due in three days. Guess my life might be ruined all because of an app rebrand! 🙃 ### 1/5 — Progress isn’t always good *2026-09-25* Why release an app that doesn’t work to replace a working app? Was no testing done on the features? I used to be able deposit checks via app. After creating a new account, logging in, and trying to deposit a check: error. Test your features! ## Frequently asked questions about Clean Energy Credit Union ### What is Clean Energy Credit Union?
