Instructions are so great! Meals feel fresh and not heavy. My favorite thing though is the fact that gluten free and dairy free doesn’t have to be so hard to work around. I have a daughter who has CRPS and can’t eat a lot of things. These recipes made it super easy to work with for her diet restrictions, easy to prepare, and the whole family loved!
