CleanClac is the app that puts short-term rental cleanings in order. It does not replace your management software: it plugs into it, handles the cleaning only, and follows it end to end, from the guest checkout to the timestamped report. THE SCHEDULE FILLS ITSELF Connect your Airbnb, Booking, Abritel and Vrbo calendars, or your property management software. Every checkout creates the cleaning that goes with it, on the right day at the right time. The cleaner is notified straight away, and either accepts or suggests another date. CLEANINGS THAT ACCOUNT FOR THEMSELVES Actual duration, property condition rated out of 5, photos or video timestamped by our server, on-site check-in. The report is there before you ask for it, and it holds up when a guest disputes. NEVER OUT OF SUPPLIES Every cleaning counts down what was restocked, and quantities follow the number of guests. You are warned before you run out, not after. HUNDREDS OF TASKS ALREADY WRITTEN An illustrated library, sorted by theme, each task with its own frequency. Keep what speaks to you, change the rest, and write nothing. Some come back once a month, others only when a pet or a baby is announced. A TEAM WITHOUT A CEILING Invite your cleaners by phone number. As the portfolio grows, a team manager takes over some of the properties, without seeing your billing. Entry codes only open on the day of the job, and every view is logged. WHEN YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE Turn on the search around a property: cleaners registered in the area appear, with their distance and how many cleanings they have completed. FOR THE CLEANER The app is also a logbook for the people doing the work. They see their day the moment they wake up, follow the checklist room by room, take their photos at the right moment, flag what is running out or broken, and find all their clients in one schedule, even when they work for several companies. WHO IT IS FOR Owners of one or several rentals, property management companies, cleaning firms, self-employed cleaners, and anyone who organises cleanings that come back. The app comes in six languages. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-22 Room by room video. On a large property one video was never enough: the phone caps its length. You can now ask for one video per room, using the rooms you already set for photos. Cleaners see what is left to film, and a clean cannot be closed while a room is missing. Cleaners export their calendar. From their schedule, one button subscribes Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to their cleans. The month now shows at the top of the calendar. No more imposed price. Adding a cleaner no longer applies a default rate: a price appears only when you set one. Photos and videos are no longer repeated in the task list of the report. ### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-21 Reports A new Reports tab: time spent, cost, quality and supplies, month by month or across the whole year, with rankings for your cleaners and your properties. Getting started The setup list grows: add your email, your phone number, turn on notifications and find the app on your mobile. Checkpoints Ask for a photo of a specific item, bin badge, guest key, meter, alongside the room by room photos. Home Both tabs stay available even when nothing is scheduled yet, and the planner offers to connect your Airbnb or Booking calendar. Addresses Google address search is now everywhere in the app. Smoobu New signed connection, with the API key and its secret. Ad measurement We now ask your permission before measuring our campaigns. Declining takes nothing away from the app. Plus fixes: co-manager messages, rate display, dark mode. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-17 Simpler sign-up and a tidier inbox. • Your workspace is created with your first property: address and street photo right at sign-up. • Messages: conversations with cleaners who left the team now go to the archive. • Invitations: an invited cleaner finds their invitation as soon as they create their account. • Cleaners: "Find jobs" asks for your address at the right moment. • Better framed profile photos and various fixes. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-15 Your space now shows up as soon as you sign in, with no extra step. The invitation message includes a link that opens the right store. The team card shows the cleaner's rate. ### 1.0 — 2026-09-09 No release notes. ## More apps by Jonathan Lalinec - [Nanou Studio](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nanou-studio/id6770598855) All apps by Jonathan Lalinec: https://appshunter.io/developer/1896756618 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
