They text me when they are picking up and when they are arriving to drop off my clean clothes. Oz is the best fluff and fold service here in Decatur. ### 1/5 — Horrible tracking and order help *2026-06-10, version 7.14.1* Can’t track pick up, the app shows two different pick up times for the same order, I waited 1.5 hrs for the driver outside of the lobby and they never arrived. The laundromat says they can’t cancel it or see the status on their end but I should be able to on mine which isn’t accurate, the only tracking is through door dash and it’s only showing a drop off time when they have not even picked it up.
