You cannot delete or update payment methods. So if you made an order but forgot to update the card, the order might not go through. ### 2/5 — Good idea, poor execution *2025-12-09, version 7.13.1* The app design is not great. UX needs a lot of work to be more user-friendly and intuitive, especially since it’s a middleman service. It is also not sync’d with the web app so orders made on the web app have to be monitored from the web, even under the same account. Pickup and drop off service was sketchy since it uses random Uber drivers. However, I wanted to edit the notes I’d entered and found the ‘edit order’ operation clears everything you’ve entered and you have to start again! There’s no way to cancel a pick up via the app. My order was delivered quickly, but the app still shows it “in progress” and “awaiting payment” 3 days later. I still haven’t been charged for services either. Ever! ### 1/5 — Horrible tracking and order help *2026-06-10, version 7.14.1* Can’t track pick up, the app shows two different pick up times for the same order, I waited 1.5 hrs for the driver outside of the lobby and they never arrived. The laundromat says they can’t cancel it or see the status on their end but I should be able to on mine which isn’t accurate, the only tracking is through door dash and it’s only showing a drop off time when they have not even picked it up. You can’t delete your card once on file. Absolutely nightmare of an app from a user security perspective. App offered DoorDash pickup. Store wouldn’t accept. Had to drive over anyway, completely defeating the purpose. Basic customer service, CleanCloud, means not offering services that aren’t available with the businesses you serve. The ability of the facility to come pick up the clothes was a total bust! I tried for several days to make a payment where it said on the app”payment pending”. Yeah, no this didn’t work either.
