As a housekeeping manager in a boutique hotel, CleanDesk has made our daily operations much more seamless.
The best feature is the modern checklist system. We used the AI assist to quickly generate our cleaning SOP based on our hotel standards—it saved a lot of setup time.
We can assign different checklists by room type or even specific room numbers, so every room follows the right process. When staff start cleaning, the checklist appears automatically, which helps ensure nothing is missed.
It has improved our consistency, reduced miscommunication, and made training new staff much easier.
Highly recommended for any hotel looking to modernize housekeeping operations.
