Very bad sorry ### 1/5 — Useless and wrong *2025-12-04, version 1.7.0* I tried Clean Eats after a fitness influencer recommended it and it’s more than disappointing. The App is slow, faulty (informational wise) and the AI unreliable. It can take the AI forever to even identify the item and then „rate it“. The analysis is usually wrong and asking for alternatives leads to basic recommendations. Furthermore, the AI can’t discuss the scanned product with you. You’d need to give a full on description of the item to receive some vague info, that is mostly faulty. For example : the ahead Cola Bottles. The AI said the Weight Score‘s 50, due to a high number of sodium and fat. The ahead Cola Bottles contain less than 0.3g of fat and a mere 0.10g of salt. I’m not trying to say that they are healthy, but they are most definitely not unhealthy because of their fats and sodium. If you’re able to read the nutritional label and can somewhat work with the listed ingredients you’ll be fine. This app is really utterly useless and you’d be better off with ChatGPT (or any AI forever that matter) if you’re looking for actual fitness advice. ### 1/5 — Paid *2025-11-23, version 1.7.0* Makes you give a 5 star review in the beginning before even trying it. The app was supposed to be a trial. I did not like the app so I canceled before I had to in order to not be charged and it still charged me and will not refund. They’re thieves and I want my refund. Even things I was told would scan " clean " by users don't ????? So idk if there is a consistency issue or what . Emailed at least 3 times for help or a refund . Not 1 single response . Trash . As someone who is trying to eat healthier but is already at a healthy weight, it’s nice to find an app thats whole focus isn’t about slimming down or calorie counting. You scan your food and it tells you what “score” it is based on your goals (whether it may have too much sodium, too much sugar, have a good amount of protein, etc). It’s really been helpful when I’m not sure if I should eat a certain snack or not because of my dietary restrictions. 5 stars, absolutely love, can’t wait to see my skin clear up!! Also, I saw a couple of people complain about the intro thing being too preachy, but I liked it!
