It never merged the contacts and always locked up. I canceled my subscription and subsequently received an additional charge. I submitted multiple refund requests through Apple and explained the circumstances, but each request was denied without a specific explanation. I also made several attempts to obtain assistance and received automated responses or no response. Based on the app’s performance, the subscription and the lack of meaningful customer support, I cannot and would not recommend Cleaner Guru.
