YouTube視聴中に紛らわしい広告でストレージがいっぱいになったと購入に誘導され、勝手に年会費を払う羽目になったようで母からどうしたら良いかと相談を受けました。
年会費キャンセルをアプリ内からできず、メールで対応しますとかいう割にメールアドレスも載せず。返金する気あるんですか？こんな詐欺みたいな方法で利用者に購入させるモラルを疑います。
返金してください。

このような悪質なアプリは初めてです。インストールもしていないのに無料期間内での使用で自動的に年会費5980円が引き落としになっていました。恐ろしいです…Appleではこのような詐欺まがいのアプリを野放しにしているようですが早めに対策をとった方が良いです。何度も返金請求のメールを送るたび『返金いたします。誠意を持って最後まで対応させていただきます』と送ってきますが10回以上意味のないメールのやり取りをさせておいて結局返金できないよう操作しているようです。返金請求している方全員に誠意を持って返金してください
