Cleaning Estimate Navi is a fast, offline estimation app built for cleaning businesses, janitorial companies, and property managers.

Just enter the floor area, number of rooms, and fixture counts — the app instantly calculates standard work hours and a rough estimate. Save your own rates and times as presets so you can produce consistent quotes for every job in seconds, even on the phone.

Added a layout template feature. Just select the structure (single-story, 2-story, 3-story, apartment, store) and the layout (1LDK–5LDK) to auto-fill rooms, fixtures, windows, stairs and more all at once, greatly reducing manual data entry. Then simply fine-tune to match the actual site.
