Click on their privacy policy. They genuinely collect more than some of the sketchier apps I've used including every single thing they can including your contacts, location, every single identifier of the specific phone you're using, your voice, the other apps and services you use, and then "other information about you". Extremely illegal to say nothing is collected and then display on their own page that basically everything is collected. Run from this app and any products that use it because something is seriously off. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2025-07-07, version 1.0.6* I downloaded it and re-downloaded it. The nose cleaning tool would be incredible if the app actually worked. I’ve only gotten it to work probably three or four times out of 50 tries. ### 1/5 — Product won’t connect *2025-06-30, version 1.0.6* The product I bought would not connect even after following the FAQ’s and searching online for answers. After that no matter how many times restart the kit and app, connections seem to drop off right away. Don’t think they ever try to fix the issue by reading the older reviews. ### 2/5 — Delete and redownload to connect *2025-07-15, version 1.0.6* After downloading the app can connect to the device but only once. The WiFi connection still works but the app doesn’t detect the device. The only solution I’ve found is to delete the app and redownload it. I suspect this may be intentional as it boosts their app stats by inflating the number of downloads. Because of the work and equipment I have to use for safety reasons my face and other areas on my body would get infected pores.
