My order form clearly said “ironing only”. However, the order email shows that they had everything as wash and press. I never put my shirts and polos in dryer to avoid shrinkage and looks like they’re about to destroy my clothes. I deleted the app after I left Dubai and it’s impossible to stop getting their spammy emails even after 7 years. I sent many messages to their customer service and they never responded. It’s confusing. It’s not clear. The payment happens without you, knowing how. The laundry came back well organized and Always on time but then they started to use bad quality detergent which it smelled also my pillows were damp and had a bad smell, the laundry delivery man was so good and they offer an advertisement for their own little business by sending me WhatsApp messages. That wasn’t the first time. They handled me the items in different bags (as normal laundry not professional company) the bed sheets have Clorox stains and on one is answering !!!
