## What is CleanOps Field?

CleanOps Field is the app for cleaners whose company runs on CleanOps. Your day's jobs, checklists, photos and hours are on your phone, and the office sees your progress as you work.

A CleanOps account from your employer is required. Your office sends you an invitation email; open it on your phone to get started.

TODAY AND SCHEDULE
• See today's jobs with times, addresses and status
• Check the next 14 days and confirm the jobs you can do, or say you can't make one
• Open the address in Maps or call the office from the job

ON THE JOB
• Start and finish a job with one tap. Your hours are recorded as you go
• Work through the job's checklist and tick items off
• Take before and after photos, attached straight to the job
• Add notes and extras, or report a problem to the office
• See access codes and keys only when you need them

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Basements, stairwells and car parks are fine. Ticks, photos and notes are saved on your phone and sent to the office automatically once you're back online.

YOUR HOURS AND TIME OFF
• Review the hours you've worked, job by job
• Ask for time off and set when you're available
• Keep your licences and certificates in one place

STAY UP TO DATE
Notifications for new and changed jobs, plus announcements from your office.

LOCATION SHARING IS UP TO YOU
If your company uses it, you can choose to share your location with your office while you're on duty, including when the app is in the background. It's off until you turn it on in Me, and you can turn it off at any time. Location never changes your recorded hours or your pay.

PRIVACY
No ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics. Photos are uploaded without location metadata. You can delete your account from inside the app.

Made in New Zealand for New Zealand cleaning companies.
