I’ve been using Clean Ops CRM for a few months now and honestly it has made running my business so much easier. From customer management, estimates, invoicing, follow-ups, maps/routes — it really does just about everything I need in one place.

Like any software, there have been a couple bugs here and there, but what really stands out is how fast Zak and his team are to fix things. Most issues are handled so quickly they barely even become a problem. That level of support is hard to find nowadays.

One thing I really appreciate is that Zak actually listens to feedback. If there’s a feature you’d like to see, he genuinely tries to make it happen if possible. You can tell they actually care about improving the software and helping businesses succeed.

Overall it’s been a great experience so far, and I can only see it getting better from here. Huge shoutout to Zak and the Clean Ops team for building something awesome.

Being in business is fun, until all your paperwork gets jumbled and messed around with. Once the busy season came, I was so grateful I got on with CleanOps! When this app portion came out as an add on to the website, it was a game changer for our business.

Being able to have all my customers in one organized place, send our flawless invoices and quotes, follow ups, ask for reviews, and in the end see a graph and breakdown of our our business is doing, has been a huge help!

• One combined intake link. Turn on Show in combined form for any public form and it joins a single account-wide link. Copy the link, copy the embed snippet, or save the QR code from one card that always shows which forms it is offering — and rotate the link to retire all three at once.
• A new main menu. The More sheet is replaced by a full navigation drawer with grouped sections in the same order as the web app, plus a settings drawer so you can move between settings screens without going back to the list. Features your plan doesn't include are now shown greyed with the tier they need, instead of quietly missing.
• Remember this device now works. The 30-day trust token was being discarded at login, so you were challenged for an MFA code every single time. Fixed.
• Menus no longer come back empty. Reopening the app restored a session without permissions, hiding every permission-checked screen until you signed in again.
