I used the washing machine, but I could not get the dryer to work. I was on Wi-Fi. It asked me for money and to set the program, but would not turn on. It asked me whether I wanted to add more money. I thought if I did so maybe I could get it to work so I did that three times. It still didn't work, so I took my clothes elsewhere. I have put in a service request but haven't heard anything. Will they credit me back for the money I put in? In addition, it only lets you add money on a dollar basis, not cents. Do they just keep the overpayment? Did not like this app at all. ### 3/5 — App works, but one complaint *2026-08-04, version 3.12.7* The “add 15 min to dryer” confirmation right after regular dryer confirmation feels shady, like the app is taking advantage me not always remembering if I confirmed the original dryer cycle. In my opinion, the extra $ the company might earn with that feature is not worth the goodwill lost. I have heard neighbors complain also. Myself and all other residents of my complex have been unable to use the washer or dryers, leaving us to use the laundromat. This issue started on 04 June and as of 07 June it still persists. Avoid if you can. ### 1/5 — Would you like to add 15 minute(s) to your cycle for $0.25? *2026-06-05, version 3.12.7* Nope, never have I wanted to add 15 more minutes to my drying cycle when I start my drying cycle. This app would get 4-5 ⭐️ if this annoying pop-up didn’t exist. It pops up while you’re starting your drying cycle and if you’re starting multiple loads of laundry back to back it’s very easy to bump this button. It this was build to be helpful to customers, have it as an additive button people can use on the same dryer they have just chosen if they want that extra time and only charge them the .25¢. * Yes I’m aware it’s a minor annoyance overall, but I’m writing this as someone that designs for user experience and this is instead a form of “confirmshaming” or sale pattern / deceptive design. Where something is built to the benefit of the app owner or 3rd party operator, and I’m sure this has racked up a lot spare change across all the laundry rooms using this app. So as the user be mindful. ### 1/5 — Run *2026-06-03, version 3.12.7* If you’re mailing to a complex with this system as their only way to do laundry… pick another place. I’ve had a refund request submitted for months with no answer. A kind lady walked me through getting a physical card and adding money to it. Switch to Apple Pay and play with the big kids is my suggestion on this poor excuse. When I was ready for the dryer, two machines would only beep when I used the card and nothing. Being persistent I tried not less than 30 times and then it worked. Update: have reach out to customer service and they still keep saying they can’t do anything ### 1/5 — Customer service issue *2026-07-16, version 3.12.7* I had to request a credit after a washer left my clothes soaking wet. The app has a feature to report issues, but no one ever responds. After calling, it took about a month to receive my credit. The same washer failed again, leaving my clothes wet, but this time Deborah told me I couldn’t keep requesting credits. She said someone would check the machine, but I never heard back and never received the credit. I paid for a service that didn’t work and had to spend more time and money to finish my laundry.
