FIXED
• Photos that were transferred from an older phone and share the same date are no longer lumped together as “similar”. Visual comparison now does the work it was meant to do, so unrelated photos stay apart.
• Cancel during a scan now actually stops the scan.
• The progress ring no longer stalls at 90%. It shows each stage of the scan and finishes at 100%.

NEW
• Similarity presets: choose Near-identical, Similar shots or Same scene, then fine-tune with the slider underneath if you want more control.
• Exact duplicates only: a dedicated mode that finds true copies of a photo and nothing else.
• Step back during review. Changed your mind about a skipped group? Go back and it’s restored exactly as it was.
• Review skipped groups later from the home screen, or start a fresh scan, without losing your place.

IMPROVED
• CleanShot now keeps the best-quality photo in a group (highest resolution, then largest file) instead of simply the oldest one. Favourites are always kept.
• “Delete All Marked” asks for confirmation and tells you how many photos and how much space are involved before anything happens.
• Settings explains when a change will require a new scan, and the home screen updates right away.
