Turno is significantly better and worth the subscription fee. When I call them, they don’t answer the phone because they know it’s me calling. I reached out to them email someone finally contacted me maybe roughly after two weeks and ask questions as if they were interested about me not getting paid. I did the work April 1 today is June 25 and I still haven’t gotten paid or heard anything from them but they keep sending me request to do other jobs and have the audacity to call and ask me what I go and clean for them. I cleaned for this platform back in May 2026 and completed two jobs. From the moment you accept a job, they call your phone repeatedly and pressure you to get there immediately. For one of the jobs, I arrived at the apartment but could not get inside. I waited there for over an hour and notified them that I needed to be compensated an additional $30 for my time. I was told that I would be. After the job was completed, they added a measly $10 to my payout and then told me that was the entire budget the client had available. My estimated payout date was May 27, 2026. It is now August 18, 2026, and I STILL have not been paid. I am currently owed $119. Every time I call customer service, I’m told they are “creating a case” and will “expedite” the payment. Yet nothing happens. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or someone who can actually resolve the issue, but I’m told there is no manager available because apparently only one person works in customer service. At this point, I’ve spent more time chasing this payment than the work was worth. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you’re a cleaner considering working with them, think twice. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and as of today, they still have not paid me the $119 they owe me from May. After paying the fee and completing the required steps, there are NO jobs available in my area. I have paid $29.99 and received no work or meaningful opportunity to earn money through the platform. At this point, this experience feels like a scam to me. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of my $29.99. Cleanster should not charge people who are looking for work unless there are actual job opportunities available in their area. Many people cannot afford to lose $29.99 while trying to find employment. If my money is not refunded, I will consider reporting this experience to consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience with other people looking for work. I waited 6 months just to receive $55, and I am currently still waiting on $85 that was supposed to be paid on April 10. There is no valid reason for withholding payment after services have already been completed. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. Every time I reach out, I receive the same automated response: “Our technical support team is working on this.” There is never a real update, timeline, or resolution. What makes this worse is that when I stopped accepting jobs due to not being paid, I was contacted and asked to clean again. I clearly stated I would not continue unless my funds were released—and within 20 minutes, my payment was suddenly deposited. That proves payments can be processed immediately when they choose to. I gave them another chance, completed another job, and now I’m right back in the same situation—unpaid. At this point, I am demanding immediate release of my $85 payment. Once the job is done and your pay date arrives they do not pay you on time. They also make you wait for another job to come before they pay you, which is stupid. I am a recovering addict of three years three years ago I could not have passed the background check but I have worked extremely hard and with companies such as this it is important to me to have an opportunity to do good cleaning houses that is something good because you don’t know if someone is sick and cannot do it themselves if they are shut in depressed or what their situation is and to be able to do something to help someone whether it be bigger or small is important to me this platform gave me that opportunity and for that I am grateful! When you recover from any addiction something in your life to give you joy and something that you can do for others and return for what people did for you! I’ve been calling texting leaving emails, leaving voice messages and I get no response. If I have a job that they need me to go to they’re calling me first thing in the morning. They’re calling me all day every day. They’re calling to make sure that I’m going to be at that job but they’re not paying me I’m now going through an eviction proceeding because they had not paid me what they said they were going to pay me and I could not pay my rent. I still have not been able to reach anybody and when I do reach somebody it’s like oh they’re gonna pay you I promise you and then I don’t get any more calls back and I probably won’t get any more calls back now because my phone is off because I can’t pay my bill because they have not paid me And these are jobs that I did starting October 8, 2025. I’m at this point going to contact a Better Business Bureau do not work for them!!!!!
