We're sorry the app is not working fine as you expected. It normally works fine but still not perfect. We're improving it. It's not a scam or rip off. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you canceled your subscription before the free trial time ends, Apple would not charge your money. Contact Apple for a refund if you think the charge is incorrect.
