Even when expressing a preference for a specific cleaner their name doesn’t appear in the booking confirmation. A lot to do on the app ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-07-07, version 2.7.16* This is a scam. Paid £205 for end of tenancy cleaning. No one turned up. App says cleaning completed. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS DO NOT USE *2023-05-06, version 2.7.16* They took my money and no cleaner showed up. I booked my cleaner and had to pay the full amount in advance, then stayed home on the day and nobody came!
