The app is ok, but expensive and it didn’t work for the reason I signed up. But it makes me mad that i can’t cancel easily. Tried this app with an open mind, but the content really misses the mark. The hypnotherapy and meditation sessions lack depth, and the audio quality is frustrating—words are clipped, letters dropped, and it ends up being more distracting than calming. The voice recordings don’t suit the purpose, and some choices actively make it harder to relax or focus. One session I tried (labelled for ADHD and compulsions or something like that - I already deleted it) didn’t address the topic at all - just a generic visualisation with vague advice and no real therapeutic value. It felt rushed, off-topic, and not worth the subscription. A great idea, but it feels like it’s been thrown together without proper testing or care. Needs major improvement in both content and production to be worth recommending. ### 1/5 — Beware of free trail *2025-03-02, version 7.0.7* I used clear minds back in 2022. I decided to check it out again. When I went to sign back in, it said my user name did not exist. I was prompted to create a new account and offered a free 7 day trial. So I figured sure I will give it a try. I get an email said I was charged for an entire year, no free trial. I reached out to customer service and they said since I used it in 2022 I would not receive a free trial and they would not refund me my money. Why would the system not recognize me signing in, and allow me to create a new account with the same log in email and offer a trial then? What a terrible customer experience and dirty business practice. I tried forgot my password multiple times with my email address and was repeatedly told, no user exists with my email. ### 1/5 — Constantly being thrown out of app! *2025-02-18, version 7.0.6* I paid for a subscription to this app, and although it worked for a while, it now blocks me from using the app. I was advised to delete the app and re-sign in. However,I am having todo so every time I use it. Now it is saying it does not recognise my account if I sign in with my email address. Instead it is pushing me to sign in with my Apple account, Facebook etc, which clearly states that it has the right to share ALL my personal information. I am obviously not prepare to do this. Don’t recommend. *2026-07-14, version 7.2.8* First of all I purchase one subscription of 90 days and ensured it was not recurring. Then suddenly they charged me seven months later out of the blue without any warning. I’d be very careful with your card details being provided to this company. They have since refunded me but only after forward and back and then offering “50% gesture of good will”. Like hell. Every time I do have a wine I feel like disinterested and like it’s not going to be long before I just don’t want it anymore. This is using the hypnosis often, it’s not been as quick as I imagined but it feels very deep.
