So the fingerprint thing is almost useless because I have to type in my name and password every time anyways. ### 2/5 — For having this app for 5 years it’s so incredibly finicky *2024-11-23* I won’t say I’m any tech guru, but for being someone that appreciates when things work the way that they should, this App definitely doesn’t. Currently I’m trying to purchase an item online, and I’ve had this issue before where the transaction gets declined, even though the parameters for the payment to go through is just perfect and correct, I can even edit the parameters to make sure it should happen. Yet, it will not allow that transaction, well I can forgive the app for keeping high security since it allowed me to click on the “view” button when a pop-up in the app says transaction denied, after hitting that view button I can then approve the transaction and then it’ll give me 10 mins to make the transaction or I don’t have to do anything. The asking that I need to explain first is that, you are not able to access the screen to approve the transaction unless that pop-up window comes up and you can press view. So that means even if you see the declined transaction on the specific card or account there is no way to approve it without calling a bank branch, or approving it through the method I had just explained. Now the bad part I sometimes cannot get that pop-up or even the menu where you can approve of the transaction after pressing view on the pop-up, it will sometimes just show a blank screen for minutes on end and then end up closing out the login because of being inactive for too long, or it’ll just crash the app. And I am not able to approve of the transaction any other way, other than again calling the branch, but their hours do not coincide with my hours half the time and I’m never able to reach them. Please for the love of all that God’s created, allow a separate function within the app to approve transactions when they get denied rather than only when the pop-up shows up. ### 2/5 — Great, if... *2016-05-10, version 5.0.134* This app worked great the first two times I've used it. However, now whenever I use it, it tells me that it fails to validate or something like that. I've uninstalled twice now and the issues still persists.
