Too many bugs ### 1/5 — Worst ELD *2021-12-09, version 1.1.7* Please don’t buy it, bad company with the worst customer service! 95% if the time they don’t even pick up the phone, I have to press 1 “as new customer/sales department” and have them transfer me to ELD department and still 50% of the time they don’t pick up lol ELD giving me an error every other day, I got KeepTruckin ELD, oh man.. I love Keep Truckin ELD!!!! Best in the market !!! Be careful please don’t trucker path ELD!!! ### 1/5 — No reply *2021-11-07, version 1.1.6* Absolute garbage. Downloaded it and they won’t even contact me to setup a username and password. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS APP ! ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2021-10-17, version 1.1.6* This ELD has lots of issues. I frequently need to go into the logs to make corrections. The HOS reporting seems to be way off. I don’t do IFTA so I cannot comment on that. Does not switch automatically like many others say. Gets stuck between duty status so you need to keep an on on it. Constantly has ELD Diagnostic error recoded. Frequently the server does not respond. Not happy with it and would not recommend it. ### 1/5 — Garbage and Fraud *2021-10-14, version 1.1.6* DOT should go after them. The worst application I have ever had. I stopped driving and I could not switch to off duty. I called for 2 hours and I got message that it is not convenient for them to talk to me. Someone called back and they fixed log but I lost 2 hours. After that some else playing smart called and tried to tell me that my truck was moving 0445am. I was surprised because I must be driving while I am still sleeping. Anyhow don’t buy or use. IT support is bad and product itself is horrible ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-01-20, version 1.1.2* Doesn’t log mileage correctly, doesn’t report IFTA mileage correctly, only allows 50 miles PC before throwing you on drive causing a HOS violation, only allows 10hrs drive time, forced to take a break after 8 hours not after 8 hrs of driving. Cant view previous logs in carrier portal. Waste of money no wonder they make you pay a year in advance people would cancel after a week. Customer service is a joke. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience. Scam. *2020-09-22, version 1.1.1* Zero customer service. These are fake 5 star reviews. IFTA mileage is always way off. ELD doesn’t switch from on duty to drive automatically. They hounded me with phone calls trying to sell me the product but now that I have it I can’t get ahold of anyone. They took their product off Amazon because of all the horrible reviews. Also reason i cancelled was it inaccurately reads truck miles and got me two violations in NY weight station. They charged me again and again and again. Every time keep saying server not respond!! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-02-20, version 1.0.4* I purchased 14 months of subscription from Trucker Path and after the update I’ve had nothing but problems with the new app. Impossible to get anybody on the phone and there is zero support. I was stopped last week and thankfully didn’t get a ticket from the officer due to the log books not being able to be signed and out of compliance. Please look elsewhere for Eld. No call back. Violations non stop because they are no one to fix the issue. ### 1/5 — Worst eld experience *2023-12-02, version 1.4.0* I’ve been attempting to reach them for two weeks now. I’ve called and left a voicemail for my rep Chris several times now and nothing. The number listed on the site is no good. No one is ever available. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money! *2023-11-24, version 1.4.0* Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls you back. Everything has to be done threw email and all they do is email you the instructions that are on there website. Lucky I had a nice DOT officer that gave me a good inspection because my logs were so messed up but he put 2 n 2 together to realize that we were screwing ourselves out of time. Can’t add developers permission and trucker path has no idea what we’re talking about even tho it’s right on the opening page of the website. Which a lot of these companies want connected to the Eld or you can’t haul for them so I’m losing money only running on a few brokers. Completely disappointed in everything about this company. Years service is 500$ with the equipment prolly won’t get a refund but at this point I’d rather eat the 500$ then lose loads. Stay away or learn the hard way. ### 1/5 — Poor customer support and double billing *2023-08-08, version 1.4.0* I would not recommend this ELD to anyone. I have had my TP ELD since the end of March 2023. I constantly have trouble. One of the biggest problems I have is the ELD will go on duty during the night while I’m sleeping for my 10 hour break. I have tried to contact customer support, they do not answer or return calls after I have left a message. I have tried all the prompts to try and get through with no success. This has really gotten worse since they have cut back their support hrs and support personnel. As for the double billing, when I purchased the ELD system I paid over $400 for the device and subscription, of which I was told would go through February 2024. Just this week, the first week in August 2023, I have been automatically billed $160.85, for what I do not know. I have tried to call them multiple times and days with no answer and again no return calls after I have left a message. Again I would not recommend this ELD to anyone. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-08-02, version 1.4.0* No customer support works half the time won’t record mileage properly for ifta ### 1/5 — Lairs and scammers *2023-03-03, version 1.3.0* ( Angelo ) sales man will promise you anything you want to hear so that can get your card information. Once they have it you done. Do not go for this please. Their main trucker path app you can not add a review. This app is after they have collected your money. They doubled charge me for shipping fee, while they told me it’s free shipping. They will never send you the break down receipt. These are the people that are not supposed to be in the business till now. That’s why they use different apps. It’s hard to reach anyone and their online admin portal glitches and doesn’t allow you to get your fuel receipts when you need them this app will not allow you to go on duty when you stop he just stays driving and runs up to ours and then when you try to fix it, it doesn’t allow you because it says that you were driving app has a lot of issues and need to be fixed ASAP and when you take a 30 minute break, you have to wait an additional five minutes before you take off because if you drive right away it says that you never took your break ### 1/5 — Terrible scam *2022-11-09, version 1.3.0* Ripped me off won’t honor there refund policy having to get a lawyer involved ### 1/5 — Liars *2022-06-22, version 1.1.9* Got lied to by the company telling me that their equipment did one thing and it doesn’t do it at all not impressed that salesman would go ahead and lie in order to just get a sale ### 1/5 — Fix your bugs… *2022-05-21, version 1.1.9* Can never get a hold of anyone. Website lets you log in but app on the phone won’t work. Horrible. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good apps *2021-11-27, version 1.1.7* This my second year with Truckerpath Eld pro. Is easy to use and works perfect on my truck. Tech support are ready to help. The app is way better on Android then the iPhone. I don’t about others, but I had annual inspection and they have sent me logs and had a pass without issue. Stopped at weight station in MO, passed without a problem. Yes it doesn’t connect automatically like the android version. And they do force you to take a break after 8 hours of driving and on duty combined. ### 5/5 — Best ELD *2020-04-01, version 1.0.8* Most ELD companies are the same what sets TruckerPath apart from the rest is the service they provide.
