我于2026年7月5日20点10分38秒，在苹果应用商店App Store内，操作Clear Store Sound软件订阅。由于我在2026年3月16号的赫兹排水这个软件的退款处理中存在歧义，随即我按照App Store官方客服人员的指引，下载这款软件，想要从软件内部获取开发者的联系信息或者客服人员的相关信息想要通过正规渠道去联系这款软件的售后服务人员，当我下载之后，软件付费页面醒目标注“免费试用三天，然后每月扣费58“，页面无明显提示确认开通后会立即全额扣款，我点击同意试用并完成支付认证后，平台当场直接扣除58元全款，未履行3天免费试用的宣传承诺，广告宣传内容与实际扣费规则严重不符，属于虚假广告误导消费，侵犯消费者的知情权。另外，我根据App Store苹果官方客服的指导到App Store赫兹排水这个软件内部进行寻找开发者的相关信息，包括不限于开发者留存的网站，但均呈现打不开或者是虚假网站，我想要知道到底怎么样才能获得你们真实的一个联系信息来保障我的合法权益呢？明明这个软件打开进去界面明显的提示是免费使用三天后续扣费58元，为什么当场就立即从我的支付宝内扣除了58呢？App Store官网客服的相互推诿，让我找开发者进行联系，但是在我寻找开发者信息的过程当中，我居然发现没有任何的找可以找到你们开发者的一个联系信息，电话号码或者电子邮件，我在国家相关的备案中也无法查到你们的一个合法备案号，已经存在违规上架经营的问题。现提出诉求：1全额退还本次扣款58元，2责令苹果下架整改该软件虚假宣传页面，核查该软件无备案号违规上架问题。附件上传订阅宣传截图、App Store商家订单、余额宝扣款账单作为证据。3我现在要求该软件的开发者向我提供一个真实的，并且可以联系到你们开发者的一个真实的信息，来对我接下来的维权进行一个有效帮助，我已经在国家正规的平台进行了投诉举报。这属于虚假宣传。
