## What is CLEAR Super Coach?

Every manager has a conversation they keep putting off.

CLEAR Super Coach helps you prepare for it, practice it, and follow through afterwards.

Describe what is happening with someone on your team, by typing or speaking, and the app points you to the coaching approach that fits the situation. Then rehearse the conversation out loud before you have it for real.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Diagnose the challenge
Describe the situation in plain language. You get a recommended approach drawn from the 49-card CLEAR Performance Coaching library, with the reasoning behind it.

Practice the conversation
Run a voice or text role play before the real thing. Your team member responds the way a real person might, including when they get defensive. You get a scorecard and a debrief afterwards.

Track what was committed to
Log the commitments made in a coaching conversation, set a follow-up, and see what is still open. Coaching breaks down at follow-through more than anywhere else.

Keep a coaching journal
Every session, card and commitment in one place, organised by team member.

THE CLEAR FRAMEWORK

Clarity - agree on what good actually looks like
Leverage - find the point where effort pays off
Engagement - make it their problem to solve, not yours
Accountability - make the commitment specific
Results - measure what changed

WHO IT IS FOR

New managers who were promoted for their technical skill and never taught how to coach. Experienced leaders who want a repeatable method instead of instinct. Organisations rolling out a shared coaching language across a leadership team.

CLEAR Super Coach works on its own and pairs with the physical CLEAR Performance Coaching card deck.
