## What is Clear Transcribe AI?

Struggling to follow a conversation, a meeting, or a live event? Clear Transcribe AI turns speech into instant, accurate captions for one person or an entire audience.

Built for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, for the event organizers who want to make their venue accessible to everyone, or anyone else who just wants to transcribe live spoken speech to text. Clear Transcribe AI closes the gap between free phone-level caption tools and expensive human CART services but with the accuracy of professional live transcription at a fraction of the cost.

FOR EVERYDAY CONVERSATIONS

• Real-time speech-to-text for one-on-one chats, study sessions, classes, appointments, and meetings
• High-accuracy live transcription powered by advanced AI speech recognition
• Clean, readable captions you can follow at a glance — no lag, no clutter
• Session history so you never lose an important conversation

FOR EVENTS, VENUES & ORGANIZATIONS This is where Clear Transcribe AI is different from every other captioning app.

Turn on Event Mode and one presenter's microphone becomes live captions for an unlimited audience — every attendee follows along on their own phone via a simple link or QR code. No headsets. No per-seat licensing. No CART invoice.

• Perfect for churches, conferences, town halls, classrooms, weddings, and live performances
• Audience members join instantly — no app download required to watch
• Project captions on a screen AND share them to personal devices at the same time
• Built for ADA-friendly accessibility at a price small venues and nonprofits can actually afford

WHY CLEAR TRANSCRIBE AI
• Real-time, high-accuracy speech-to-text — not the clunky auto-captions you're used to
• One presenter stream reaches unlimited viewers — accessibility that scales without scaling your bill
• Simple enough for a solo user, powerful enough for a 500-seat auditorium
