I tried for over 1/2 hr (by that time the test as expired) with different lightings, backgrounds, and locations (all their tips). I read and followed all the tips and suggestions and even braced myself against other objects to steady my phone. Nothing worked. Now I’ve wasted my money and time and never got my results. Kind regards - Clearblue Team ### 1/5 — Buggy when logging period *2026-06-18* When trying to log a new period, it will not let me and instead only allows me to to add it as bleeding during the current cycle. I was using the other clearblue app before I got the new smart ovulation tests, so it was annoying to have to download a whole other app, but it did input all my data from the previous app. This is the first cycle I’m using the new app and it simplified the logging buttons, so now I have to dig a little to find the things I want to log, on top of the issues the app is having in doing its primary function of tracking cycles. I’m glad I have other apps and can use this app only for reading the test strips, because relying on this app for cycle tracking and predictions would not be possible. Update I had reached out to the company for assistance and sent screenshots and video. They responded to ask for more information but have not given me any answers. I’ve since learned that the app doesn’t even track the graph of the LH once the fertile period for that cycle has passed, and since it won’t let me track a period, it won’t restart the cycle so the whole app and the physical test strips are pretty useless. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for you patience whilst our software team have been investigating this for you.
