This app is awesome! I’m able to set different goals for myself, and it helps give me insights into my health. So clear and easy to use.

As someone who has used Fitbit and Oura, I was shocked by how many features this app has. It quite literally replaces 5-10 different apps that one might use. With all that data working together, this is the best read on my health, inflammation, etc. that I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend. 

Not to mention, it’s addicting (in a good way) to learn what can bring my score up or down. The simulation feature is really smart and helpful.

I’ve been under a lot of stress preparing for the MCAT and started noticing the effects on my sleep, stress levels, and even my weight. This app has been incredibly helpful in helping me stay grounded and more mindful throughout the process. The exercises and wellness tools have helped me manage stress, sleep better, and feel more in control of my health during a very demanding season of life. I’ve noticed a real difference in my overall well-being and ability to stay focused. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for practical ways to reduce stress and build healthier habits.

As someone living with an autoimmune, tracking symptoms, medications, nutrition, and overall health is soooo overwhelming, but Clear Body has been a game changer for me. The app makes it so much easier to track everything I need in one place, helping me identify patterns that I always forget to tell my doctors. 
Instead of trying to remember how I've been feeling over the past weeks or months next appointment I actually will have a better data and this alone gives me a peace of mind. 
The app is sooo rich, detailed compared to the other 3 apps I was using to try keep myself updated and I'm so happy to have everything in one place. I def recommend Clear Body to anyone managing a chronic condition or simply looking to better understand their overall wellness.

ClearBody is changing the way that I understand my body. I’m working on reducing inflammation, managing water retention, losing weight, and building healthier habits overall. The insights are incredibly helpful and make it much easier to stay on track with my goals🎉🥳
