## What is ClearCiviQ?

Government processes are not hard because you are doing them wrong. They are hard because nobody tells you the order.

ClearCiviQ takes a goal you type in plain language and turns it into a roadmap. Each step says what to do, what it costs, what to bring, and where to go. Sources are official federal and state .gov pages, not forum posts.

WHAT YOU CAN WORK ON

Immigration and citizenship. Green cards, work permits, naturalization, USCIS case tracking.
Business and licensing. Formation, permits, professional licenses, renewals.
Government assistance. Benefits programs and eligibility.
Personal and vital records. Name changes, gender marker changes, record sealing, birth and marriage certificates.
Property and construction. Permits, inspections, contractor licensing.

YOUR DOCUMENTS STAY YOURS

Photograph a document and it is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded. The filename is encrypted too. We hold a version we cannot read. Your passphrase and recovery key are the only things that open it, and we do not have either one.

WATCH A RECORD FOR CHANGES

Add a record and ClearCiviQ checks the issuing agency for you. Status changes, fee changes, and renewal windows come through as a notification. Where an agency cannot be checked automatically, the app says so on the record and sets a reminder instead of claiming to track it.

Notifications never name the record or the status, because a lock screen is not always read by the person who owns the phone.

For a personal record like a green card or a work permit, the number stays in your encrypted vault on your device. We ask before the first check and tell you exactly what gets sent.

WHAT NEIGHBORS LEARNED

The Community tab is what people in your state found out doing the same process. Which office is faster. What the clerk actually asks for. Tips carry no author identity, so nobody can be traced through what they shared.

IF YOU ARE NOT SAFE

There is a safety mode that works with no account. It never asks who you are, it does not appear in your roadmap history, and it is free permanently. Tap "I need help now" on the first screen.

FREE AND PAID

Free gives you two roadmaps. Not two per month, two in total. On those you see every step name and the agency that handles it, plus the first two steps in full. Safety mode and the shelter and emergency housing guidance are free always, with no account and no limit.

ClearCiviQ Pro is $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It unlocks every step of every roadmap, five new roadmaps each month, community tips for your state, record monitoring and change alerts, deadline reminders, and the encrypted document vault.

ClearCiviQ Pro Family is $14.99 per month or $129.99 per year and covers up to five people. Each person signs in separately and gets their own encrypted vault that nobody else on the plan can open, including you. Each person gets eight new roadmaps each month.

If you reach your monthly limit and do not want to wait for it to reset, one additional roadmap is $4.99.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

ONE THING WE WILL NOT DO

ClearCiviQ is not a law firm and this is not legal advice. We tell you what the agency published and what the process looks like. For advice about your specific situation, talk to a lawyer. When a process is one where that matters, we say so in the roadmap.
