TECHNOLOGY

ClearFace develops a computer vision engine - AcneNet - for full face skin analysis. AcneNet is a deep convolutional neural network that conducts fast and precise analysis. We also build a full deep-learning pipeline, including a proprietary acne skin database and toolset.
AcneNet is then trained, validated, and tested with this rich image set.

I got this to help me with my acne and help me with treatment and to get new info on what I could do to improve my acne. But all this did was waist my time... it took a picture of my face and only focused on the cheeks and forehead and not where my acne clearly was on the side of my nose and my chin. It keep telling me the same results and only gave me results thinking my freckles were acne spots. Poor app and didn’t tell me anything. DONT GET THIS!!

A joke?  It simply links to google search results for treatments, links to webmd for doctors near you, and online sales for over the counter products.  It is the 21st century iphone version of junk mail advertising flyers.  

I am appreciative of developers working on such tech and there is no cost here (yet?) but it should be relegated to the university lab not the Apple app store.  A waste of space.  We can look up this info on the internet in 1990's.
