### 1/5 — Poor User Experience on iOS

*2026-02-17, version 3.1.0*

After scanning, the user is required to enter data across two separate screens, while this could likely be consolidated into a single screen. In addition, tags are no longer visible or stored in the first screen. Key details such as payment confirmation and vendor information must now be completed in the second screen as well in some cases. 

From a user experience perspective on iOS, this feels like a step back in terms of usability. The support response following the recent updates has also been quite limited.

Given that this is a paid solution and we are required to use it, the current experience is disappointing and could benefit from improvement.

Handige tool om bonnetjes en facturen naar de boekhouding te sturen. Het beeld dat het geeft is echter waardeloos. Ook zie je niet van welke uitgaven er een document ontbreekt, daar zit ik echt op te wachten.

Op zich geen slechte app. Vrij eenvoudig te gebruiken. Echter: een van de keuzemogelijkheden is “restaurant BNL” of “restaurant BTL”. Geen idee wat het verschil is…altijd vreemd als je in een app zaken zet die de gemiddelde gebruiker nooit begrijpt. Bovendien gaat het uploaden van een bonnetje vaak mis. En als je een nieuw bonnetje wil ingeven, gaat de app altijd je keuze qua categorie overnemen van het vorige bonnetje (blijft bv restaurant aangeven terwijl je parking wil aanduiden, tenzij je eerst het bedrag ingeeft. Dan pas kan je de categorie aanpassen). En ook raar dat in tijden van AI de app er niet in slaagt om het bedrag uit een bonnetje te halen ? Want in de desktop versie lukt dat wel….vreemd. Vrij veel ruimte dus voor (eenvoudige) verbeteringen
