## What is ClearFM?

ClearFM is an app for commercial property managers and the service providers. Assign a job, see the vendor accept it, get photos and a timestamp when it closes. Our Agent, ClearContractor helps your team as the central nervous system of you building allowing them to mange maintenance without having to memorize how they click through a software interface.

Both sides work from the same record. The property manager isn't waiting on a text update, and the provider isn't fielding status calls all afternoon. When ownership asks what happened at a building in March, the answer is attached to the property, not an inbox search across hundreds of emails.

Sign-in
• Fixed a bug where signing in with Google could fail with "You are signed out." Two taps started two sign-in attempts that cancelled each other out.

Check-in and check-out
• Check-in now opens the job you're actually at - the app finds the closest of today's scheduled jobs instead of making you pick from a list.
• No button to fetch your location. Once you allow location access, your position shows on the map on its own.
• The map shows your live position, the job site and the 0.75-mile check-in radius together, so you can see whether you're close enough to check in.
• You're checked out automatically when you leave the site. The Check Out button still works if you want to end a shift while on site.
• Distances now read in miles and feet.

• Fixed a border showing around the ClearFM logo on the launch screen.
