You’re better off going on to UCAS and writing a list. If your uni is listed then I guess this would be useful ### 2/5 — Useless. *2025-08-07* Do NOT bother with this app. You are better off using the UCAS website looking for available clearing courses. I am from Scotland and was looking to apply to either the University of Glasgow or Edinburgh, both of which are not even shown on the app at all, even though the UCAS website clearly shows that there are courses available at both of these universities. **Developer response:** Hey Zak, These things can happen, but our data is pulled directly from the UCAS platform, as we’re one of a select number of partners with access to it. While some select universities may choose not to work with us directly, we currently work with 80+ universities that do. Thanks for using the app! ツ ### 3/5 — won’t let me register *2025-07-22* when registering it doesn’t let me pick a “subject interest” therefore not letting me actually make an account. I pressed register later and the app seemed very useful though it would be much better if I could actually register and keep track of which unis I’m applying for clearing on. Thank you! Thanks ツ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Many missing universities and courses *2025-08-14* I would check this app along side with university websites and UCAS and the majority of courses and universities in clearing were not listed on this app. For example, I was looking at aerospace engineering courses and university like uni of liverpool and durham were in clearing for this as shown on their website and ucas but it wasn’t anywhere to be seen on this app. It didnt even say either of these universities were in clearing. Also, just to give another example, places like UCL and newcastle went into clearing for medicine but once again it was not listed on this app. **Developer response:** Hey J0hn, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback. Thanks for using the app! ツ ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-07-20* Don’t bother with this app. It’s missing most universities. I looked on UCAS and there are loads more courses listed there. Search for Manchester: There are no universities under Manchester(!!!) Search for UCL: no results but UCL has a bunch of courses in clearing in 2025. Search for South and you get south bank and southampton but not south wales or solent. Over half of the universities in clearing aren’t on this app. They claim they get their data from UCAS but that’s breaking UCAS terms and conditions for the use of their website. And even if they are then how come they think there’s no universities in Manchester in clearing! **Developer response:** We’ve reported this review due to clear misinformation — all of our courses are synced live via the UCAS database. We’ve also requested an investigation into the reviewer via Apple, as this appears to be a recurring negative submission that’s been posted around the same time each year. Please note, that unserious, and incorrect reviews are not tolerated. ### 1/5 — disappointed *2022-06-02, version 12.7* only option to choose is arden university ? very unclear layout ### 1/5 — Not working *2021-05-23, version 11.4* The App does not let me register for an account. It says that the application is not complete due to the preferred university option. If you want people to use you app actually make it useable!! Re: Developer Response Noooo I didn’t try clicking off the keyboard to minimise it - what a new radical idea lolll. Of course I tried it.
