## What is ClearKitchen?

ClearKitchen answers the question no restaurant app answers: what actually happens in that kitchen?

A dish can contain none of your allergen and still be dangerous — shared fryers, shared grills, shared cookware, even shared dishware. If you or your child has a severe food allergy, you already know the drill: call ahead, ask for a manager, interrogate the kitchen. ClearKitchen is that drill, turned into a tool.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS, NOT A GENERIC BADGE
Set each allergen with a severity level — from "I avoid it" to "cross-contact is dangerous for me" — and the exact kitchen practices you need: no shared fryer, dedicated prep, separate dishware, allergen never in the kitchen at all. Every restaurant gets a personal verdict: Strong match, Possible match, Not a match, or Insufficient info. We never show anyone a universal "safe" label, because there is no such thing.

Kitchen facts are graded by evidence: restaurant-confirmed (expires and must be reconfirmed), community-confirmed by structured reports from diners with your allergen, published information, or unverified signals — which only ever appear as warnings and questions to ask.
