Photos and especially videos really work for explaining repair jobs. But I couldn't do that efficiently (took too much time) until I signed up for this program.

Customized checklists with photo, video and comments automatically attached. Very useful. I'm glad to see they added multiple inspection templates.

The CM app is one all automotive shops need to not only build trust with customers but to also visually sell recommended repairs.  A picture is worth a thousand words.  Also the ability to share photos, videos via SMS and e-mail is a huge convenience for customers.

App crashes a lot. Only fix is to delete and re download it. Unable to focus with camera, can’t import pictures from photos, marker arrows aren’t rotational. There’s just a few things to fix and it will be nearly 5 stars.

Clear Mechanic allows us to document the inspection process for our customers, we can text or email links to the inspection results along with photos or videos. Also the inspection is stored for reference at future shop visits. They keep rolling out improvements and adding features too!
