Clearmeds is an all-in-one medication tracker, medicine record, and pill reminder for daily routines.

Track medicines, save important details, set reminder alarms, and manage refill timing for yourself or family. When you want faster setup, Clearmeds can scan a prescription photo and draft a medicine schedule for you to review.

Free, no subscription needed:
• Add medicines and build a daily medicine plan
• Create lock-screen reminder alarms with snooze
• Use fixed-time, weekend, and every-N-hours schedules
• Track refills and see upcoming doses
• Keep dose history, streaks, and a doctor-ready PDF report
• Export your medicine plan as CSV or JSON
• Sync with Apple Health where supported
• Look up medicine uses, side effects, and interactions

• AI prescription photo scanning: take a prescription photo and Clearmeds drafts the medicine schedule for review

Clearmeds is review-first. AI scanning helps draft your medicine plan, but you confirm every medicine name, strength, dosage, timing, and instruction before reminders are created.
