## What is Clearminutes?

Clearminutes is a private meeting recorder that transcribes and summarizes on your iPhone. No cloud upload and no meeting bot.

Record any meeting, lecture, or voice note. Everything runs on-device: transcription with on-device neural models, AI summaries with key decisions and action items, and playback with full-text search. Your audio never leaves your phone unless you choose to send it straight to your Mac or Windows PC.

Don't let big-tech use or sell your data. Clearminutes adds no telemetry and requires no account. Privacy is a requirement, not a feature.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-29

Crash reporting now asks your consent before sending anything, so problems get fixed faster.

Failed transcriptions, model downloads, and purchases now say what went wrong instead of failing silently.

Small polish to the record screen buttons.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-14

Sync Now comes to Apple Watch: start the transfer from the watch's pending list and recordings move to your iPhone. Transfers are more reliable and no longer drop silently or stop when the watch is briefly unreachable.

Recordings recover on their own after a phone call or other audio interruption, instead of stalling.

AI summaries now highlight key decisions and action items with each meeting.

Tapping Transcribe shows progress right away.

A refreshed record screen, widgets, and buttons, plus haptic feedback and light, dark, and tinted app icons.
