How about you do what banks and brokerage houses do - a secure online portal. This is ludicrous. I hope no one is paying these folks for anything! ### 1/5 — Disgrace *2025-07-17, version 2.1.1* I needed to find out my images sooner. But the app will not accept a state ID ### 1/5 — Can’t even make an account *2025-07-15, version 2.1.1* Well, I don’t even know what rating I would give it because I can’t even make an account!! When you are creating a new account, it doesn’t give you the option to make a password (instead it has you select your time zone for some reason… in a super confusing way I might add.) So after you are finished and go to login it won’t work, obviously, because whatever password you put in will be invalid. And then when you select the “Forgot Password” option and enter in your email, it says an error has occurred (I’m guessing it’s because you don’t actually have a valid account yet.) To top it off, calling the customer support just has you on hold for 10-15 minutes before they tell you that they are too busy to answer your call and to leave a message for them. I feel super bad for the support agents, I’m sure they get screamed at on a daily basis. I can easily share them with her various providers both current scans and older scans! ### 5/5 — Convenient and easy! *2023-05-24, version 1.0.4* It was so easy to share CT scans with my provider without having to call to request them. Viewing the images on my phone is very cool.
