There’s new tools and accessibility features inside of clearplan+ that makes it much better and more useful than the original platform. If you can’t find them; you’re not using the platform to the best of its ability.

This app will NOT open & this is the app in need for work . It’s been down for me going on my 2nd week. Please help

The new cluster feature isn’t what anyone in the industry asked for. This is a terrible update. Of course, the devs couldn’t care less about what paying customers think. Shame on RDN

**Developer response:** Hi Garry! We’ve released a fix for the clustering issue. Please update your app, and your map should return to the normal view. If at any point you’d like to turn clustering back on, you can easily do so from the settings menu.

The old clearplan was a million times better. New accounts will not show up. After checking in to accounts they do not change. The layout of the app is overly complicated for no reason. Just horrible

New app design is SERIOUSLY FLAWED! Needs immediate fixes. Constantly and slowly refreshes on its own. Map disappears but icons are visible. Basically no Vehicle info anymore. Developers should be FIRED!

This app runs extremely slow and tends to lock up, especially the last few days it’s made it really nearly impossible to even use it. It may be OK if you only have 1000 accounts but anything more than that it tends to not have enough buffer  space

Both apps have map issues when routing, I’m so sick of hearing the voice when I try and check in. The voice specifically interrupts music streaming and makes it so it skips and won’t play right. Never had I had any app interfere with music streaming before. You’d think you’d want to make it easier for people who are mostly using this in a mobile setting. 

On the note of making things worse…WHY did you change it on the new app so that the pertinent infortmation is now the smallest text on the whole page. Again, you’ve made it very clear you had no intentions to design an app made for ease of use in a mobile setting.

This app redesign team needs to be fired, you can’t read the license plate number because its font is too small, there are hardly ever any stock photos of the cars, you can’t use the map in any good fashion because it can’t load and is laggy just overall terrible quality
