So many bugs on iPhone. Icons not showing, job description not showing or stays stuck on loading, vehicle pics do not show (not that I need them to show but it’s still a bug) super laggy, crashes often. Absolute crap lately. Can never reach a human. Icons don’t change. Updates don’t load. The more popular the app becomes the worse it is getting. Here’s an idea.....spend the money, get more employees, hire people that know what they are doing and spend money on larger servers!!!!!!! Could be a great app but no anymore. (13.3.1) THE SMART INVERT NO LONGER WORKS AS IT DID IN PAST iOS VERSIONS. THIS IS MAKING USING THE APP VERY ANNOYING AND HARD TO USE AT NIGHT. IOS issues in every device I have. App shuts down and will not work immediately after opening. A lot of our drivers that have iPhone including myself say it take forever for the icons to load and maps and is very slow in general. Our drivers that use Android don’t seem to have this issue. Clients calling about updates that agent hasn’t gotten in, a quick change to information on account. Maybe you got a new address or this account has GPS installed. The changes from accounts are endless sometimes. This app allows you to customize so many features for your drivers for just about anything. We have been on Clearplan for several years now and are so excited about the evolution of an app made by repossessors for repossessors. As we all know fuel consumption is one of our biggest cost. Agents running a poorly chosen route. Well you can eliminate that from day one. Our fuel consumption more than saved a few bucks. I would clearly state we have cut it in half with the proper training of your agents on how to run the route. No more missed addresses and no more missed compliance issues. An agent can quickly view previous updates from the app. I can’t stress enough how long repossessors have needed this app with the ever so changing repo industry. Customer service is the best. Voice your concerns and they will make it happen.
