## What is ClearPoint™ Data Capture?

The ClearPoint™ Data Capture application allows ClearPoint Neuro employees to fill out electronic reports summarizing surgical cases that were performed using the ClearPoint™ Neurosurgical Platform.  Completed surgical case reports can be submitted to an online database where they are centralized for data mining purposes.  

The surgical case reports and associated online database do not contain protected health information (PHI). Rather, they are used solely for collecting generic data for purposes of improving the ClearPoint™ Neurosurgical Platform.

All users of the application must be ClearPoint Neuro employees and be granted appropriate permissions by a systems administrator.
