### 5/5 — So helpful

*2026-07-08*

This has made juggling all the different elimination diets so much easier and less overwhelming. Couldn’t live without it now

### 5/5 — Finally something that just works

*2026-03-19*

I juggle low FODMAP, histamine, and lactose-free restrictions at the same time. Before this app I was cross-referencing PDFs and spreadsheets in the grocery aisle like a lunatic.

ClearToEat lets you stack multiple dietary filters and just shows you what’s safe. No guesswork, no conflicting lists. The interface is clean, no ads, and you can tell it was built by someone who actually lives with this stuff (the developer has hEDS). It just feels like it was made by someone who gets it.

The “My Clear Foods” list has genuinely given me my confidence back around food. If you’re managing MCAS, IBS, or any overlapping restrictions — just get it.
