The call center is unresponsive, there’s no email support, and no physical office in the country. Chat support keeps you waiting indefinitely without resolution. Overall, the platform feels unreliable and understaffed when it comes to customer service, making post-booking support a frustrating experience. While the booking process is seamless and the offers may seem attractive, you may regret your decision if you need to make any changes later. I would strongly advise against booking through Cleartrip. ### 1/5 — Super Bad after sale service *2026-03-18, version 1.1* First of all, you can’t reach them by call, you need to be in queue for hours to chat with a customer service that probably talking to 50 others so you just send a message and keep waiting for ages to come back to you, Secondly they can’t help you for refund even though airlines has cancelled the ticket, you have to follow up with the airlines yourself then get back to them. Seems like that this book was never happened, but the money was deducted from gift card and credit card four times. it makes me stuck and feeling helpless during my travel when I call to customer care after 15 minutes of.
