New reps get a two-week ramp-up; after that, staying under 10 sales/week means the payout amount is decided by management at the weekly PayFile run. The Log Trip screen now shows this too, so there are no surprises on payday.

• More accurate order reports — Fixed duplicate agent cards from name spelling variations, removed ghost cancel-and-reorder rows, added apartment unit matching, and added a delayed-orders bucket with tracker attribution.

• Calendar fix — Events no longer pile up as duplicates.
