It works fine on a monitor, but I would love to take a view of my home when I’m not there. And that was the whole purpose of buying the system. My only disappointment is , there’s no tech Support or a fix That we can download to correct their issue. Answer i got is their working on it but that was months ago. I have both the original system and the Defender HD 1080p systems at different locations. I have been thinking of upgrading to a 4K system. With that in mind I have tried to stay loyal to Defender but since they have apparently decided to not to support their past customers by not maintaining this app I am in turn not supporting Defender any longer and will now move on to the Reolink 4K system. Hopefully Reolink will continue to support their customers better than Defender has. ### 1/5 — "Limited Authority" message *2020-05-11* Horrible! EVERYTIME I open app to view camera feed, I get a message saying "Limited Authority". I can’t get it to work! The old app was WAY better. You opened app and all cameras loaded automatically!!
